The ad cell is welded aluminum housing on an Isuzu NPR chassis. It has special operating features that include an option to scroll panels only when the vehicle is completely stopped. There is also an option to scroll panels when the vehicle is in motion, and a safety feature ensures that the ad posters will not scroll if back door is open.
